Duplex for 5 people, 500m from the beach in a residence with swimming pool

  • Nestled in the heart of a shaded residence and kept year-round, this air-conditioned apartment, located on the 1st and last floor, consists of an entrance, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with TV and convertible that can accommodate 2 people, a parental room (bedding new 160x200) with dressing, a room of water with lava linen and toilet, a terrace with garden furniture. On the floor, you will have a second room with 2 beds (bedding new 80x190), room of water with toilet. Mattress protectors and pillow protectors changed after each departure. Numerous storage. Possibility to rent sheets and towels at the reception. I provide tea towel, hand towels and bath mats.
    Collective pool, pool house and barbecue. Private parking space and possibility of parking other vehicles on the visitor parking inside the residence.
    A path will take you to the Vardiola beach (located 500 m from the residence - 10 minutes walk), extension of the beautiful sandy beach of Pinarello, tourist marine village with many restaurants (1 km by the beach).
