    Very recent construction

    The villa is located in a private domain of 6 individual houses.
    4 bedrooms including 2 master suites can sleep 8 people, which have large closets - 3 bathrooms.

    A beautiful living room of 60 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8 guests and a living room with sofa.

    Outside, a large wooden terrace of more than 150 m2 surrounding the heated swimming pool (4x8m) with beach to enjoy the calm of the surrounding maquis and a mountain view.
    The swimming pool is secured by an electric roller shutter.

    An outdoor play area for a game of pétanque or others... guaranteeing pleasant moments with family or friends.

    An outdoor dining area shaded by a large parasol with a gas grill.

    You will have a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner... as well as a second refrigerator for drinks and ice maker.

Great Villa but you need a car

It was a very nice villa. Extremely clean and well equipped. But around the villa there is a lot of construction so the road is extremely bad. Also to go to the beach you need a car. So overall very nice but nothing nearby what you can do without a car.

Der Kontakt zur Concierge funktionierte via Whatsapp einwandfrei. Wir konnten pünktlich ein und aus checken.Die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als zufriedenstellend. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eine wunderschöne Villa.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Das einzige, was zu verbessern wäre, ist die Zufahrtsstrasse! Sehr korsisch mit riesigen Schlaglöchern.

Super vacances !

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette sublime villa tout équipé! Propriétaire et personnel de la conciergerie ont été très réactif suite à nos demandes. Tout est fait fait pour s’y sentir bien, la décoration est faite avec gout. Très grands espaces que ca soit dans les chambres, pièce de vie, jardin… Très bon emplacement , proche des plages , centre ville de porto vecchio. Nous avons pu charger notre voiture électrique la nuit directement dans le jardin de la villa, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons les teux fermés.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war traumhaft schön! Wir waren 14 Tage lang als Familie mit 3 Kindern im Alter von 4 bis 10 Jahre vor Ort. Das Haus ist mit 4 Schlafzimmern (2×1 40m, 1x1,80m und 1x2 Einzelbetten), einem großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich, sowie einem großen Bad mit Badewanne, 2 Duschbädern, einer Einzeltoilette und einer Waschküche ausgestattet. Die weitere Ausstattung des Hauses lässt kaum noch Wünsche offen. Unter anderem zu erwähnen sind: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen, Eiswürfelmaschine, Staubsauger, Kühlbox und -Rucksack, Babyausstattung mit Babybett, Hochstuhl, Badewanne, Geschirr und Besteck. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet, zB ein Sandwichtoaster und ein Waffeleisen sind neben der Grundausstattung vorhanden. Das große Highlight vor allem für die Kinder war der schöne Pool. Mit zahlreichen Sonnenschirmen und -Liegen konnte man es sich auch mal schattig bequem machen. Einmal die Woche kam ein Poolkeeper für einen Wassercheck und zum Pool reinigen vorbei - das Wasser war leicht gechlort und leicht salzig, aber sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Olivier war sehr nett, vor Ort stand uns Gaelle bei Fragen oder Problemen zur Seite. Ein kleines Gastgeschenk zu Beginn des Urlaubs hat uns sehr gefreut, nachdem wir auf der Straße zum Haus etwas durchgeruckelt wurden - zum Zeitpunkt unseren Urlaubs war die Straße am Anfang des Wohngebietes noch nicht erneuert worden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wunderschön, das Haus mit sehr viel Liebe zum D

Sehr hübsches Haus

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir waren 4 Personen bis max 6 Personen ist das Haus aus ideal. Es wird noch gebaut rund ums Haus. Das kann zu lärm emissionen führen. Das Haus ist aber wirklich sehr schön und wir würden wieder hin fahren.
