The terrace, of more than 80 m2, is in itself a living space. It is sheltered for a large part by a pergola, which allows you to enjoy the outdoor space while being sheltered from the sun.
The swimming pool (7.5 x 4.5 m) is located in front of the house, and is embellished with a beautiful wooden terrace with parasols, sun loungers and Fatboy. Another small wooden terrace at the bottom of the garden, allows you to rest facing the mountain.
To do your shopping, you will find everything you need in Saint Lucia, located 5 minutes away by car: Spar, Super U, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, post office, hairdresser, .... And a doctor's office with an emergency service.
Pinarellu beach, ideal for families, offers a vast stretch of sand, bordered by a pine forest, with turquoise water less than 2km from the villa. The Gulf of Pinarellu is also home to a small fishing port and a marine village where you can rent kayaks, paddles or boats. You can also take advantage of its restaurants to dine and or sip a cocktail with your feet in the water.

The mountains are nearby, starting with the natural freshwater pools of the Cavu river, located 15 minutes away by car, or the Alta Rocca and the Ospedale forest or the Aiguilles de Bavella, magnificent hiking and rafting grounds. You can also discover the extreme south of Corsica where the magnificent and famous beaches of Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, without forgetting Bonifaccio and its citadel are located.
