Pleasant stay

Ideal hotel for business trip, modern, clean and comfortable with nice restaurant. Would have been nice o have a bottle of water in the room each day for room price or at least on arrival.

Old-ish building, with coffee machine that was near-broke, room temperature that could not be adjusted per room (only centrally, and not even that because when we asked to lower the temperature, this didnt happen); shower temperature was just about warm enough at the hottest setting. There are far better Van der Valks.

We got the wrong information from the Staff about breakfast hours. So, we couldn´t have breakfast our last day. They returned the money, but, we had to look for another place to eat.

The property and rooms were fine. However, the temperature controls in each room were hard to adjust with no directions in English. We had to call down to the front desk three times and eventually they brought up a space heater which made it so hot we couldn't sleep. If we had known how to adjust the heat and how long it would take to actually come up to temperature it would have been a lot easier and much less agravating.
