"I stayed at hotel Taiyo Noen for one night, after arriving in Tokushima late at night. The staff at the hotel was really nice. Shoutout to the Nepalese gentlemen who spoke English, helped me, and made my stay even better. Breakfast was really delicious and filling. The location is also very convenient. "子供の試験の関係で利用。 朝食が通常は7時スタートなところ、試験開始が早いことから、朝食の時間を早めに対応してくださり、大変ありがたかった。"

"スタッフは急なエステのリクエストにも対応いただき、丁寧でした。お部屋は禁煙だったけどややタバコ臭い感じがして、昔は喫煙だったのかなぁと。あと設備が古いので、洗面台の蛇口が押したら出るタイプで、固くて力入れて押したら、大量に激しく水が出て飛び散るという。お部屋の広さは十分あり、お掃除は行き届いていました。使い捨てスリッパと空気清浄機があると、なお良かったかな。 このホテルの売りは、ゴルフしなくても、スパもとてもいいし、何より食事が極上でした！夜の日本料理も朝のブッフェも。山の中のお城みたいで雰囲気もよく、また家族で来たいと思いました。"
