Scam - No AC or gym as advertised. The apartment was disgusting to the point it was uninhabitable. We could not even stay one night there due to the filth. Neighborhood extremely sketchy. Host is extremely dishonest. Building common areas are filthy as well with graffiti everywhere. Beds had not been made and sheets/floors/furniture were filthy. Apartment door can be locked from the outside which is extremely concerning. The windows did not have curtains and were scarily covered in black electrical tape. As we began to inspect the apartment, we uncovered layer upon layer of filth including what appeared to be blood, vomit and other bodily fluid stains on the couch, floors and bedding. A truly disgusting property that should be avoided at all costs.

I’d give this property a 0 if VRBO allowed me. “Host” canceled on me 20 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive at 9:20pm due to not being able to deliver the cleanliness they expected. Really? Took all day to figure out you couldn’t get the place clean, or took all day to figure out you couldn’t scam your way into some free money. I’d steer clear of this fraudster.
