The room was small but clean, and had a kitchen with enough to make a small dinner & breakfast, which was helpful! The balcony was fantastic, although it was a bit loud late into the night because of bar/restraurants on the street. A fine stay for 1 night in Zurich.

Room was a good size as was the bathroom. It was actually slightly better than i expected with a good fridge. The crockery was decent and the only thing that there could have been was some small coffee sachets. All in all i was very pleased.

The location is great, very walkable to most things. There are tons of restaurants nearby, however at night we had to sleep with the windows open, and the noise from all of the people outside at said restaurants was kind of loud. Ear plugs did the trick. There don't seem to be quiet hours for the building, so there was a lot of internal noise at late hours as well. Some people also smoke inside and right outside the building, so if that really bothers you, it could be an issue. Overall we enjoyed staying here for the location, but if we visit again, we would spring for a hotel hopefully with AC and more evening peace.

I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap.

location worked well for me and it was nice to have a refrigerator. but I didn't realize there was no air conditioning in the apartment. I had to keep the windows open all night but even so, it was pretty warm. it didn't help that mosquitos got in so every time I closed my eyes, I would soon hear buzzing next to my ear. on top of that, it's located near a public park and some people were playing table tennis/ping pong until 1:30 am, which was pretty loud. the shower didn't drain properly but that wasn't a big deal.

Overall, the location of this property is awesome! The room was in good condition and had everything that I would need for three nights, including a kitchenette. It is by far the best option for an affordable but great stay in central Zurich. Any time again.

It was a basic apartment which was large enough for a couple but would have been too small if you brought kids. It was located near a tram station and supermarket.

It was difficult to get a reply to get information on code for entry. We texted via app but could not get a reply. We called and finally were emailed the code. We stayed two nights but had to find a place to buy toilet paper because there was very little left for use. Kitchen had just enough detergent for washing our hands as there was no soap for hands and body. There was only one electrical outlet available which had to be used for either the microwave, TV or phone charging.

Terrible place, do not stay here and I do not say this lightly. It’s unsafe! No fire alarm system at all yet has a pizza joint underneath running and stinking the place out. Walls and floors are paper thin, and attracts the noisiest clientele it appears. Flickering light out wide that is fluorescent so will be hearing the ballast up, could easy start a fire. I could go on and on with all the reasons why not to stay here but those should be enough. Never ever again. I usually don’t mind places as long as bed is comfy and shower is good but these weren’t factors sadly.

The property is conveniently located in the heart of Zurich. Sound insulation between units is terrible. I slept terribly because of that as it felt like the neighbors were in the same room as me. You could hear every single noise, including normal level conversations. If you’re lucky enough not to have neighbors, then this is great (that happened on my 3rd night)
