Garage and opened parking, balcony with garden furnitures. A laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use is available.
3-room apartment on 2 levels, south-west facing position, comfortable furnishings, 2 balconies with terrace furniture, beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. 2nd floor: large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), video, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen with dining table (among other things furnished with coffee machine with capsules (Delizio) as well as a fondue- and raclette-set). Shower/WC. 3rd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 beds (2x90x200cm). 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (each 90x200cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. WiFi. Baby cot (60x120cm) incl. bed linen available.
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, garage, parking, washing machine, tumble, fire wood (for 1st firing only), WiFi, baby cot (60x120cm) incl. bed linen, bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: CHF 20.00 per pet. Prachtig gelegen appartement, zeer ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden. Tot aan centrum 20 minuten lopen. Rustig gelegen met prachtig uitzicht. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
