Arte Hotel Wien was OK but not nearly worth the price. Small rooms, shaky beds, well outside the city center. The room was very clean. We had a problem with our Expedia reservation and the manager was less than helpful, pretty much useless. Not interested in staying here again!

I just wanted to says thanks to Lena. She provided us with excellent service, coming up to our room and unlocking our safe. Thanks to Lena's hard work and enterprise we were able to retrieve our passports and return home to Canada.

Staff was welcoming and spoke English well. Very friendly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, and the parking garage (for fee) was secure and easily accessible. Horrible heat wave was there, and this hotel’s AC was still refreshing and cold. Our only thing to mention was one of our rooms had Netflix and the other didn’t. Not a complaint at all, but some might like to know.

The room was clean, great interior. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Great neighbourhood 😊

The staff was great and very helpful. Although the room was smaller than I expected it ended up being enough for my daughter and I. Location, location, location was awesome!!! The Josefine didn’t disappoint!!
