"This is the second time we have been to the Occidental Menorca, Menorca Pueblo before. I have to say that the highlights of this hotel are the front desk staff and the close proximity to the beautiful Pinta Prima

. The restaurant staff is not the best, cleaning around the restaurant areas was poor and restaurant staff disappointing. Food is good for a buffet. A bit disappointing as it was better the first time we visited."

"The property is in a perfect location with wonderful views. The staff were friendly and helpful…The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide variety to choose from (smoked salmon was limited though). Some areas around the upper pool near rooms 65, 66 and 67 (sun beds, shower and sun umbrellas either needed replacing or were lacking in number). Arrangements for car hire were straight forward and easy due to the helpful, pleasant reception staff. The hotel fulfilled our requirements....

"Beautiful hotel quiet & set back in the countryside. Heavenly pool surrounded by olive trees. Charming courtyard where can have breakfast or evening meals. Great couples break. Recommend car hire Autos Menorca. Our flight v delayed & they stayed open until midnight to greet us. Likewise hotel helped liaise with car hire & hotel reception open 24 hrs. Always very helpful. "
