I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board. A tip for future guests: To avoid this issue, I highly recommend calling the hotel on your travel day to reconfirm the exact shuttle pickup time...

"It’s a lovely luxury vacation resort. Beautiful, well equipped. Shower is very powerful (not all hotels have that). Outdoor Onsen bath per room with sea view is the best. All staffs are very nice and helpful. The spa is superb too. We did facial and body massage. Totally relaxed. It’s a great resort. Dinner is nice.
