My room was large, bright and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was very good, especially during the week.Great location. Access to transit excellent, also easy to walk to all of downtown. Some construction going on inside so sometimes noisy in main areas. I would have liked to be able to get a light breakfast of coffee and toast rather than only have option of $20++ for a buffet. My biggest concern was lack of warmth in the reception staff. I was there for two weeks and the only time staff spoke to me or even acknowledged me with a smile was when I approached the desk. Staff didn't acknowledge me or other guests either when we/they passed in the hall or when I sat in the lobby to knit each day. Eye contact and smiles would have gone a long way to personalise my stay.
