Food options were pricey in the hotel, the top of the world view was nice, however I had higher expectations for the food, unfortunately the dish I had was not seasoned, nothing great for the price.

Very clean and convenient property

The room's air conditioning barely cooled the room. Toilet overflowed with FOAM and water because the cleaning staff poured too much cleaning fluid into it (confirmed by hotel staff) so I had to move rooms immediately as it was flowing out into the room. Other than that, stay was great. Beds were comfortable and staff tended to the situation quickly.

Cute hotel. Great location. They have a $30/night amenity fee, but no matter the length of your stay, they charge you for certain amenities if you want them more than once. Loved the s’mores, they should have been included for every night. None of the water bottle refill stations and half of the ice makers did not work on our floor. I would never complain about such things, but when the hotel makes a point that they are charging an extra fee for their amenities, things should work!

Check-in was very slow and they took a long time to hand over the rooms. The lady who handed over the keys was super friendly and very professional. I don't remember, but she was an older woman with white hair.
