My first day was good. The only bother was when room service called and asked me to pay for my meal. Pretty aggressively I might add. I told them its customary to charge ro service to your room.

Once again, a faultless stay. Service is impeccable and so welcoming it truly feels as though I am returning home. Fabulous suites and dining at Quilon is a must!

The staff and hotel were excellent couldnt help enough nothing too much trouble. Will definately be staying thrre when in London.

The staff and level of service is the best we have ever experienced. The Dome Suite is incredible, room service steaks were perfect! The in house florist Mark does a fantastic job with flowers in every room. Andrew the porter is 5 Stars and all our thanks to Hannah in guest relations for planning the most amazing stay! Don't forget to check out the spa too.

Room was perfectly set up for all our needs & staff is very friendly and accommodating to our needs and requests, during our stay.

It’s a very nice hotel in a great location. I have stayed here more than 10 times so it suits me well. A very good Thai restaurant is across the street and many fast food places are close by. For the price it’s very good

The Citadines Trafalgar Square is in an ideal location, most theatres, art galleries and museums are within easy walking distance. The hotel is well kept and the morning coffee station is excellent. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, there is a weekly service.

Second time in this hotel and we really like it. I recommend this hotel
