Great amenities and staff on this beautiful property.
Didn’t know in advance there wasn’t AC but appreciated a fan in room.
A maze to navigate the property but stay long enough and you’ll figure it out.
Definitely difficult to get an Uber from here, plan for and anticipate a LONG wait time for pick ups by drivers.

Great location and beautiful hotel. We were told this was one of the top 3 hotels in Edinburgh and it didn’t disappoint. Staff was outstanding. You could tell they care for their guests.

Lovely exterior, pool and spa also excellent. Unfortunately the food was appalling. Both breakfast and dinner were generally of a very low standard and this made the stay very bad value for money. Staff were helpful.
