Rooms are comfy and beds are very comfortable. Food both room service and at Marcus is very good.

Standard check in process. Valet was convenient and more secure than parking on road or outdoor lot. Needed to ask the location of ice machine, pool, etc. because it was not listed in the room. The A/C had icons that we were not familiar with so it took a day to figure out how to make it cooler. The pools were crowded with families, wish they had "adult only" hours.
