Beautifully decorated but a little style over function. Room very small (difficult to accommodate two small suitcases and two humans, with limited access to the other side of the bed) and overly complicated shower that seemed to only work on one setting. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location.

The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

The staff were absolutely amazing at recommending places and helping tourists out. The hotel was top quality and they are attentive to guests needs. Would highly recommend and stay there again

The hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, the room was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit.

Clean room and very comfy pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very spacious and had lots to do, but the room was smaller than it looked online. The breakfast was fresh with average amount to choose from. Overall good and would go back again.

All was great. Room fine. Breakfast really good. Only problem was the WiFi which didn’t work very well during our stay.
