A top class hotel. Staff are genuinely welcoming and there is an effortlessly relaxing vibe about the whole hotel.
Great breakfast selection and not overly crowded dining room along with superb rooms with wonderfully comfortable beds make this a must stay in Budapest. The rooftop swimming pool is a brilliant addition and a unique way to relax in the middle of the city.

Had a great stay but we were only there for a very brief time -- we needed to leave very early in the morning for our flight. That means we didn't get to really experience many of the hotel's amenities.
My one complaint is really a nitpick -- the bathroom door is a translucent, patterned glass. It looks nice but it means that when the light is on in the bathroom, it lights up the sleeping area as well.

Pros:
The main selling point of this hotel is the view and its location to Buda Castle and the metro. The breakfast and staff within the breakfast areas were fabulous.
Cons:
The hotel in itself is average and in need of some tlc. The furnishings look very cheap and 'ikea' ish. The bathroom in the superior room was tiny and the shower leaked into the bedroom wetting the carpet. Our room wasnt vacuumed for a few days - it really should be done everyday and our sink had no plug. The side tables were ridiculous logs that could only fit a phone and nothing else.
Personally, this isnt a 4* hotel

"Place was great - only 2 issues. No air-CB conditioning so we had to sleep with windows open & that was noisy & uncomfortable ( warm weather) .
