8.2/10 Very good! (3,020 reviews)
We got the beautiful room, but unfortunately also dirty!!!!!!! The floor had dust, the glass in the bathroom was with black disgusting marks , the glass rail in the bathroom was also dirty.
In the pool we were struggling to open the umbrella, the internment guys was rightther in a meeting and didn’t even bother to help!
When I asked them to help, they apologized and said it wasn’t their job!!!!!! I expressed my disappointment and one of them helped….
Staff at the restaurants were all kind and helpful and friendly, so are the bellboys
Sorry to say but we are not coming back:(

Went here for a honeymoon and had a great time! Were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Miguel Angel was so kind and attentive even as we were checking out.
The only thing that didn’t land with us was the food. The food was pretty underwhelming but we did expect this for an all inclusive.
Also recommend booking airport transportation through the hotel! Both to and from the airport the rides were comfortable and punctual.
