the good - my 7yr old love the kid water park, the common area were clean. most of the service people were super nice The Bad - we waited 2 hours to get our room even though we did not arrive until 3:45 in the afternoon. the front desk lady told us our room is not ready so go get some food, but she did not tell us where to go to get food as the restaurants is not open until 6pm and we were not able to find any food other then drinks. We could not find the 24hr snack bar that the resort said they have online. We asked for extra blanket for the sofa bed 3 times and they keep telling us that some one will bring it but never got it. The air conditioner in our room make loud noises and felt like i was sleeping on a motor boat and the front desk said they can't do anything about it when i complaint.

Overall the stay was good. Only disappointment was the room. At the time of booking, I booked a double bed. On arrival I was told a room with a double bed was not available and I would get a new room. I never got a new room. No one ever followed up.

Great place for a vacation

Phenomenal vacation! Enormous campus, which provides for a lot of privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. What a great time.

The property exceeded our expectations. Such a friendly staff and a variety of dining options. Was an incredible vacation and a great place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
