Positive - good gym for weights, included breakfast - little variety but you won't be hungry, good location.
Negatives - very very rude and unhelpful staff, sauna and rooftop bar is an additionally charge . No water access anywhere.

The hotel was very clean with good facilities. Excellent location for exploring all parts of Tallin by foot. Only minor issue is when the bar area gets busy there are only two staff on duty and as it’s a table service , the service can be slow , but a minor point
