Jerada Adventure Holidays

SLIGHT WARNING - when checking out there was a an additional charge that needed to be paid when checking out which I was unaware about called a city tax which is was not mentioned on the hotels.com website. this was in adition to what I paid to hotels.com. It is a lovely hotel, its an hours walk from the medina, near the airport. The restaurant great, the staff exceptional. Taxis can be hailed it cost 50 MAD to get to the medina and 100 MAD for a small taxi to get to the airport from the Hotel. Would recomend this place.

Climatisation ne fonctionne pas ou très faible. Les repas dans les restaurants sont médiocres et composée des restes du buffet. Pour avoir un vrai café, il faut attendre a 9h30

I personally wouldn’t rate this resort as a 5-star establishment as it fell below my expectations. The food was disappointing and the cutlery was not properly cleaned, which raised concerns about hygiene standards. The bed was uncomfortable, and I also found the cleanliness of the room to be below an acceptable standard. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The resort itself was set in lovely surroundings, with a pleasant layout and atmosphere. Unfortunately, despite these positives, the overall experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star resort, particularly when it came to food quality, cleanliness and comfort.

It was great experience we like it

Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend.

Bugs and the breakfast was not great - not worth the fee for the breakfast even if all you can eat felt like cafeteria rather than a 5 sar experience. Even the seating and its just not upscale.
