It was extremely comfortable and quiet, with a lovely breakfast and welcoming staff. The staff also went above and beyond when they discovered I left a charging cable behind after I checked out. It was greatly appreciated!

We arrived in the evening and it looked like that there were no rooms left. Basler autumn fun fair was on and it was rather noisy. When we asked about a room not facing the fair - they said they were unable due to being fully booked up. Only when I asked for a complimentary drink to compensate the noise they managed to give us 20% reduction for the evening meal. It was rather noisy, as the fair went on late in the evening. But the breakfast was superb- the staff were polite and the sauna and gym were great. Location ideal for getting to St Jakob or „Badischer Bahnhof “
