Everything about this hotel is great! It’s luxurious, comfortable and incredibly convenient, especially because it’s so close to the airport. I always stay here the night before my flights because I have a three-hour drive to the airport and I don’t want to risk delays or deal with the stress of possibly missing my flight. Staying here makes traveling so much easier and gives me peace of mind before an early flight.

Room was clean however the temperature was unacceptable. Upon arrival, during the heat of the summer, the room was unbearably warm, as was the lobby and common areas. As the in-room air con is only operational when the key card power is enabled (only one key card issued so were not able to leave one in the power unit when leaving for the day) , you can only cool when present and it took a very long time before the room was at a moderate temperature. Returning home at the end of the day after sightseeing we encountered the same issue, an over heated room and sluggish cooling. The same issue is apparent with the mini bar cooler, as it only runs the unit when you are in the room. Not in the room long enough to cool the beverages, nor to cool the room. Room darkening or black out draperies would be appreciated instead of basic sheers and drapes. Staff upon arrival was helpful and welcoming, but not consistent with other staff. Not 4 star accommodation measured against other 4 star establishments at all.
