This is our third stay at Hotel Copernicus spanning 20 years, and it was another exceptional experience. The team made my husband’s 60th birthday unforgettable with sparkling wine, a handwritten note, and a superb seven-course tasting menu. The chef’s food was truly outstanding — we have eaten in several Michelin-starred restaurants, and he is certainly worthy of one. Kasper and Sylvester were exceptional hosts, and the chef’s surprise birthday cake was a lovely finishing touch. Elegant, warm, and consistently excellent — Copernicus never disappoints.

Fab hotel with spa would recommend

Very clean room and comfy bed.Loved the swimming pool,sauna. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Area around the hotel,lovely, with plenty of restaurants and,coffee bars.

All of the stay was absolutely faultless. Highly recommend.

The laundry room was accessible but covered in bedding and a spare cot. When we inquired about this at the front desk we were informed it was not part of the offering and we are not allowed to use this. Aside for this, our stay was very enjoyable.
