Staff was friendly and kind the room was clean and comfortable had the full French feel and was cozy. Transportation was a 2-4 min walk and easy to explore the sites from the hotel.

Great place for the money. The room is large for Paris . Our room was facing a courtyard and was very quiet. Service was quick and all spoke English. Will return to this hotel.

The room was clean, updated and quite spacious. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and concierge were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

The room was beautiful with a very nice balcony on the garden.
We did have small amount of trouble with the air conditioning and trying to understand the thermostat but with just one call to the front desk and a technician came to “tutor” us !!
Great hotel, location and helpful friendly staff.
Definitely recommend for any visitors to Paris. The locations close and accessible to all sights.

The room was really nice, and the hotel is in a great location to walk to many of the top museums we went to. The metro is close too. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Paris, and we are so glad we chose to stay at Hotel Castille!
