Great location

Where to begin? The whole check-in process was multi step pain in the neck. The instruction was entirely different once I went to the front desk, which was so filthy. It looked like an open air market in Bombay. When I went up the back steps to go to the room that all supposed to supplies in the back it looked like a gymnasium from grammar school. The room itself? While I walked to the room, the carpet was so weathered and beaten up in old. It was very depressing. The dressing table they had was falling apart and hasn’t been cleaned or updated in 50 years. You could go on Facebook marketplace and get better furniture. The bed was itchy and scratchy, which made me very uncomfortable. The windows you couldn’t open the windows which is fine but the windows on the outside and inside was so dusty and messy. It was gross you could barely look out the windows. In fairness, it was pretty quiet and I did get a cheap rate, but it was oversold and over advertise, they will not be a return engagement.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at a Hyatt property and this is the second time we’ve been thoroughly impressed by the staff and property. Super friendly and super helpful staff. We love the cleanliness and vibes of the property itself. Valet was waaaaay too expensive though.
