The location was great, tons of food options around. The rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy as the AC doesn't seem to be the best and sometimes even question if it is actually working. They now charge an absorbent amount for parking, I remember going here 2 years ago and was charged less than half of what I was charged this time. It cost 320 euro for parking for 2 weeks.
Otherwise the rooms and all common areas were very clean and overall I had a good stay.

This is a beautiful hotel that I could not fault. Gardens are beautifully maintained and so peaceful. Staff without question are helpful, courteous and really warm but remaining professional. Breakfast is exceptional. Pool area so peaceful and always lots of beds free. We stayed bed and breakfast and ate at the hotel once and choice and quality of buffet was also exceptional. Would highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded every expectation and more. Hotel rooms are on the smaller side, but everything is modern, clean and useful. Bathrooms are very nice and general location is stunning. Grounds are really well kept, staff are amazing and pool area is so nice with a fantastic view
Plenty of local restaurants within easy walking distance which are a fantastic
Will be in a rush to come back

Lovely hotel with the most breathtaking view of the Los Gigantes. What an amazing way to wake up - having a coffee on the balcony with an ocean view. I already miss it!
The hotel is also located a short walking distance away from great restaurants, and multiple différer different beaches. It was the perfect base for a long weekend of exploring Tenerife with my friend :)
