This place has an excellent staff, but this is more of a Family Resort. The sandy beach is unique, but all of the lagoon front chairs are behind a VIP roped area that cost extra. It seems the resort is trying to focus to much on up charging you for any of the prime pool chairs, and the many Private Cubanas. We were here 2 nights, and decided to move to another resort with less Children. If you’re looking for a Family Resort, this is your place.

We stayed in one of the suites for a birthday weekend in Rome. The room was spacious and the terrace was a great bonus space. A little dated and the A/C didn't work very well. The bed was very firm, but we didn't mind. Overall we had a great stay as the location was perfect. Within walking distance to all the Rome attractions we wanted to see and a supermarket across the street for everything we needed. I would recommend getting coffee and breakfast at Dovalu Restaurant across the street. Clean hotel and convenient was exactly what we needed!

It is nice for a quick stay, clean, friendly staff,etc. gym is clean also. My only negative is the lobby reeks of overwhelming smell of cologne/perfume.

Booked this hotel for my birthday and had a wonderful experience! They let me check in early which I was so glad for after long travels, the room was clean the view was breathtaking, the staff we very accommodating, the breakfast was immaculate. Definitely recommend!!
