9/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
Our room seemed a bit worn out. Lots of areas for the room to be improved. Staff was generally good, but many times we asked via the text line that went unanswered. Overall, an okay experience.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,230 reviews)
The hotel was great but the area has nothing since it’s by JFK. Everything is by A train. We did have an issue where the phone and tv never worked during our stay and never got fixed after notifying staff.
