Disappointing five-night stay 1. Misleading hotel credit At check-in, I was told I had a $100 credit for five nights, calculated at $20 per night. The coffee shop exclusion was explained, but the $20 daily limit and loss of unused credit were not. Believing I could use the full $100 toward one meal, I had a $173.87 dinner, including gratuity. Only at checkout was I told the credit had to be used daily. I would not have incurred that expense had the terms been clear. A $20 daily credit with no carryover should be described that way. 2. Unhelpful complaint handling The receptionist said I should have asked more clearly. When I requested a manager, she said none was there. I then asked for a manager's business card, but she initially declined, saying the hotel had many managers. I simply wanted one appropriate contact. Only after I insisted did she go to the back room and provide a card. The issue remained unresolved. 3. Noise and heating problems Noise through the large windows—from nearby hotel activity, street conversations, traffic, and emergency vehicle sirens—disrupted my sleep throughout the stay. On the first night, the room was about 68°F and was not warming adequately. Staff brought a portable space heater after I reported the problem. I expected clear communication, helpful service, and a comfortable room where I could sleep. This stay fell short.

Professional staff and property very clean.

New hotel (2026), very clean, some things were over looked, You can't run the air conditioner with the curtains closed as they are floor to ceiling and the mini blinds are not black out, only the curtains, which are directly in front of the AC unit, so close that the air return sucks them up while trying to run which means no air flow No door on the showers, the hand held sprayer wand is mounted on the right side of the shower wall instead of the left, so if not adjusted so close to the back wall it will spray out onto the bathroom floor. There are no vent fans in the bathrooms and no electric antifog mirror, So hopefully you don't expect to use the mirror after you shower as wiping the mirror does nothing for the amount of fog after a 10 minute shower. No outlets in the closets on the 10th floor for the iron they have, you have to move or look behind the furniture and get lucky, same with the bedside charging on one side of the bed only. Below the head board. Beds are very firm, no give if you weight under 150lbs

Great service and location

Love the Spacious room with large table, chaise lounge and chairs plus complimentary parking. Large Shower. Sink area a bit cramped. Furnishings a bit dated.

I asked the front desk was there an microwave in the facility, within 5 minutes I had one being delivered to my room! Top tier! 10/10. Great location also. Wonderful customer service.
