We love everything about this resort! We have stayed here many times.

Overall, the atmosphere was charming, and the room was well updated. Unfortunately, the coffee station machine was broken for nearly 24 hours and also there was only mint tea provided when asked staff to provide an alternative such as a breakfast or morning tea that request was not fulfilled. If you drink tea morning noon or night you have to pay.

The location is excellent, we walked to many bars, restaurants. We were able to walk to the sights , such as the pineapple fountain, rainbow row, the market. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. From the breakfast staff, to the bartender and all desk staff. The place is clean, we'll taken care off and nicely decorated. The store across the street is a plus for getting snacks, coffee, or other drinks. The breakfast is good enough, saves time from going out to eat that meal. Only one complaint. Our room was on ground level on Bay Street. Cars and bikes and people very loud . Friday night was the worst. Saturday a little better, and much less noise on Sunday.

Older hotel, location is fantastic, but I would look for other options
