The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, including providing a cheat sheet of common Greek phrases with pronunciation to help us navigate Athens. They seemed genuinely concerned with our welfare and care while staying there. Absolutely a welcoming experience for travelers who want to experience Athens’s hospitality at its best. A++

The price on Expedia dropped by 300 euros in two weeks , we had tow rooms and they refused to refund or provide credits . Very unhappy , keep an eye on fluctuation in price - never go there again !!!! As managers did not return calls or help with refund
