Fantastic hotel in a great location right on the beach. The beach was uncrowded and the provided chairs were comfortable. The hotel is extremely clean with a modern look and updated in its style and amenities. We took a deluxe swim-up and it was well worth it. The pool is yours alone, divided from the room's next to it, though you can still see your neighbours when they're in it. Doesn't matter a bit; just being detailed. We loved having it to refresh in the late afternoon and before bed. If you find the button on the edge towards your room, it activates jets! The shower was fantastic, with a rainfall head with good pressure, powerful hand shower, and wall mounted full body spray. There's also a sauna in it. It looks like a stool in the shower but if you spray water into the hole and activate the sauna on the wall panel, you'll get steamed up fast! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with the bubbly, friendly energy of the woman server particularly standing out! I'm sorry I forgot your name! The breakfast buffet was solid with a lot of choices and we always left happy and full. The lunch we had was also tasty! If you're looking for a hotel with an active bar, this is one area where it lacks, but there are so many bars nearby, why would you stay at the hotel? I confidently recommend this hotel and would visit again if we came back to Crete! We had a fantastic stay and you will too! Thank you Elia Agia Marina!

Fantastic, courteous and professional staff. Thank you to Sotiris, Apostolis, Alexia, Christos and Haris. We enjoy our 9 days stay in a clean, spacious and modern room and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is perfect for a beachy, chilled holiday if that’s what you enjoy. The small town has some shops etc which is good and Chania is only a 30 minute drive away along with Souda which are beautiful towns. Especially the Chania markets! A must go to if you love a bargain! The hotel could be somewhat more clear on what is included etc. The hotel is amazing so don’t let that put you off but we were told the tourist charge was €10 euro per room, per night, which is correct but we were also charged extra and we’re unsure really what that was for. Also we have been twice to this hotel, the first time when booking we had the option available to go all inclusive plus but the second time that option wasn’t available until we arrived at the hotel and it was quite steep compared to the first time we visited the hotel and with not much difference to the basic all inclusive package. After all a gin and tonic is a gin and tonic be that from the local gin or branded big name gin. Overall though, lovely place to stay and the staff are amazing! So helpful and super polite! Will absolutely be back again!

The restaurant is chaotic, with a lack of seating, dirty tables, and repetitive food that is often cold by the time you get to the table. The Albanian bar staff, particularly the manager at the pool bar, are extremely rude and clearly inexperienced. Drinks are charged for after 11 PM ( even for all inclusive guests) Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. Don’t be fooled by the pictures or pricing it does not match the advertised quality. This hotel is a 3 star hotel not 5 for sure.

Words truly cannot describe how much I loved our stay at Monastery Estate Venetian Harbor in Chania. It’s the perfect place to stay right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by charming shops and incredible food. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a cozy bathtub and a lovely private outdoor area with a hot tub, such a relaxing touch. What truly made our experience unforgettable though, were the two concierges, Maria and Vaggelis. They were the most accommodating, kind, and genuinely sincere hotel staff I have ever encountered. Every time my husband and I came downstairs, one of them would greet us with a warm smile and friendly conversation. They recommended the best restaurants in town and made us feel instantly at home. We were only in Chania for three days, but I would have gladly stayed longer just because of them. Thank you, Maria and Vaggelis, for making our honeymoon as magical as it was. We can’t wait to return one day!

The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit.

Located centrally, this hotel is stunning. Parking can be a bit tricky if you are used to North American style car garages, but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Breakfast was incredible as well.
