The hotel is super fancy and pretty. Our room was big, decent size. Everything you buy at the hotel is outrageously expensive. We ate at the restaurant, (Mediterranean) and it was super expensive for what you're getting and the menu is limited. Go across the street, (Tons of restaurants). They do have a cute coffee shop in the lobby but note the sandwiches are already made, but their pastries are yummy. Don't expect great service. The food by the pool is "meh".

Best hotel experience, hands down! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. When we go back to New York, we will only be staying here. Not even going to look anywhere else, that's how amazing the Lotte is.

Breakfast was fresh and healthy each morning. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Loved my stay here, would stay here again and will recommend to friends.
