The hotel was beautiful and staff was friendly. It was close and walking distance to a lot of things. Thank you LondonHouse we enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future!

Concierge not helpful and neither is was the door man, Neither would get me a cab, they said to just stand outside

My family and I stayed at The Wit for Thanksgiving and were extremely pleased with the amenities and professionalism of the staff.

I loved coming in to this old but elegant hotel. The park in front is beautiful, and very close to the museum, aquarium, Millenium park, the bean. It’s been a beautiful experience ❤️

Kind staff, rooms were always clean and breakfast was great.

The sink clogged at some point the staff was not that attentive

Great service and communication throughout my entire stay. Very clean and easy to access to everything that i needed. Even though it was a short stay but had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything was available for me before i arrived. Thank you really. Great job.
