I will say this was better than I was expecting. Reading the reviews before hand made me feel like I made a mistake booking this place but it turned out to be pretty awesome. The room had a weird smell to it and they close the pools at 6pm which was stupid but other than that it was a pretty good resort. Drinks are poured strong, if you are looking for a party resort then this is it.

Todo el hotel se calidad, pero el transporte pésimo , yo pagué para que me lleven de mi casa al aeropuerto del aeropuerto al hotel del hotel al aeropuerto y también del aeropuerto a mi casa y el único que me llevó fue del aeropuerto de Punta Cana al hotel , a la hora de regresar jamás me confirmaron nada y tuve que contratar dos veces más una van y me cobraron $50 dólares extras y aparte el otro transporte del aeropuerto de Guayaquil a mi casa también pagué $150 más por favor necesito un reembolso

The stay was okay, Our room didn’t strike me as “remodeled” considering rust stains on the bathroom mirror and our balcony door did not lock. Food was a hit or miss day to day and for an adult only location we thought entertainment would be more exciting and lasted past 11pm.

The staff at the Moon Palace was very helpful. The only thing about the Moon Palace is how hard they try to have you become a member, that's the only turn off.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Vacation We Will Never Forget ❤️🇱🇨 Our family vacation at Coconut Bay Resort & Spa in Saint Lucia was truly special. My wife, our two children, and I came to enjoy a vacation, but we left with memories and connections that will stay with us for a lifetime. From the delicious food and refreshing drinks to the Caribbean Theme Night and the Jerk Treehouse Restaurant, we enjoyed every part of our stay. But what made Coconut Bay truly special wasn’t just the beautiful resort — it was the people. I want to give a very special and heartfelt thank you to Kianda at the front desk. From the moment she met our family, she showed such genuine kindness and care, especially toward our 3-year-old daughter. The fact that she noticed she needed milk and went out of her way to give her two cans may seem like a small gesture to some, but to us, it meant so much. What touched us even more was the beautiful friendship that developed between Kianda and our daughter during our stay. Seeing my little girl light up whenever she saw Kianda was priceless. ❤️ As a parent, there is something incredibly comforting about seeing someone outside of your family care for your child with such genuine warmth and affection. Kianda didn’t just make our vacation better — she became part of the memories we will take home with us. I truly hope she knows how much her kindness meant to our family.
