During our recent trip to Dubai for my son's birthday, we had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say was the best hotel we've ever experienced. I booked through Expedia and have sent 2 message before I arrive and 1 message after I left as I have lost something in the room , but no reply at all , I don’t know it is the hotel or Expedia , who’s fault . Both need an improve ! Regards
