Zenit Hotel in Bilbao exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We look forward to staying at the Zenit Bilbao again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the artist hotel. The interior is beautiful, very fresh and clean. The location right next to the Guggenheim Museum could not be any better. The view from the rooftop breakfast bar is really stunning.
The bedrooms are very comfortable with lovely large beds. Bathrooms are modern and easy to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was small but that was exactly what I selected. Bathroom was spacious enough, bright, clean and the towels were thick & huge. Location is so convenient to walk everywhere and staff were responsive & very helpful

Everything was perfect except the AC got shut down at night making it hot and unable to sleep. On informing the staff they told they would take care of it. However, the next day it was naturally cold, and we did not have to use the AC
