Staff fabulous as usual, room okay but having

Clean modern rooms, excellent food choices , nice bars, good entertainment.. Pool was a bit cloudy ..

Donato on reception was excellent , rooms Were spacey and comfortable , food was good standard and variety with good location Will return for sure .

My third time staying over due to the proximity to Playa Blanca and the family friendly nature of the THB Tropical especially for young children. Loads of pools and fun activities for the whole family.First visit was in 2018. However the rooms need refreshing. I appreciate that it’s an all year resort so doing up the rooms will be a nightmare financially. But my rooms looked, smelt and felt like a revamp was urgently needed.

Room has much more space, Staff are friendly. Hope bathtub has something prevent slipping such as mat .

The room was spotless, the staff exceptionally courteous and the restaurants excellent.
