Spain Adventure Holidays

This is the second year which my family have stayed at the THB Tropical. The reason for our return is the very warm welcome we received in 2025 and the help for my wife's parents who are disabled. Again the staff couldn't help us enough. I contacted the hotel before we arrived and requested a room with a walk in shower (without a step) to enable easier access. This was accommodated with no issue. All the facilities we great and available as and when we needed them. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is close to Playa Blanca Beach, Facilities at the hotel perfect and staff amazing. 10 out 10 and return next year definitely looks on the cards.

Staff were so nice and helpful! Appreciated the WhatsApp communication to ask any questions. Room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely balcony view. We also liked the kitchen facilities- provided enough if we wanted to make our own food. Also good location as right by the beach and most things were in walking distance. Place has lots of facilities onsite, like shop, gift shop, games room, gym etc

Hotel was not worth what we paid. The room and general decor were dated and the breakfast was poor. Would come back to Fanabe but not to this hotel.

Very good. Much nicer rooms than expected. Felt like on check in we weren’t told some information like restaurant closing days and pool towels but generally very good

Excellent hotel and location. Mild deterioration since my last visit. But generally very good.

Not a 5* experience despite resorts so called 5* category. Lack of proper sound proofing in room at resort where planes and adjoining guest room caused noise nuisance would deter me from booking another stay. Also hotel failed to communicate on room issues after flooding from thunderstorm. Offered too little too late in recompense. We felt ignored etc. Geography of resort made it exceptionally difficult to find room & facilities easily. Got lost twice on first day. Poor signage in corridors for lift positions which might only travel between 3 floors or 7 depending on location. A gps device would be handy.😁 Whilst understood hotel was child friendly there were very few opportunities to avoid the little ones. Dining was particularly fractious. No adult only areas. The adult only swimming pool area did not escape the screaming. Ear plugs were not enough. Not suitable for guests wanting a quiet relaxing break

Excellent hotel and location. Mild deterioration since my last visit. But generally very good.
