"Location is great, Food was good, room was clean and modern, Breakfast was ok but would be better if they had hash browns, staff very quick to clear the tables, i got up to get a coffee and when i returned my breakfast was gone, so maybe a little too fast."

Very unique and special option to be able to get the benefits of this multiple times a day, entirely flexible and without the restrictions of a retreat.
