The hotel is a short 2 minute walk to Times Square and Broadway. Excellent staff who goes above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean enough. Sink had caulked crack line on top/ sb replaced, otherwise ok but expensive for what it is

Pretty much in the middle of Little Italy with Chinatown and Soho within easy walking distance. Comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds. We had a balcony room that gave us great views over the streets below.

Hotel was great, I really liked having a terrace in our room. It was super easy to get to Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History as well as the Met. Many food options in the area, neighborhood was very cool.

We stayed at this hotel 18 months ago and had a great time and the staff were really good and attentive, unfortunately not this time. Reception staff didn't even bother to day good morning back. We're given coffee pods in our that didn't even fit the machine, didn't bother asking for the right ones as would have been expected to tip! The area around the pool was a mess, empty glasses and rubbish, every sunbed had a used wet towel on even though there was only one other family group at the pool. We asked for some towels to which we were told they did not have any!! Such a shame as we had such a great time on our first visit. Probably wont stay here again.
