the place was gorgeous and the staff was very good. the location was also exactly what we wanted... ideal for the key places in belgrade. we had one issue that was a major issue. before 0800 one morning a woman from the cleaning staff just walked into our room. like no knock and awkwardly didn't have a cart. just walked right on in. made me concerned for my security the entire time. I would have at least felt better if she had a cleaning cart or I had clothes on. so not cool. the front desk felt bad and gave us free breakfast. didn't exactly restore my sense of security and safety.
