Great location for the beach and the nightlife around 10 mins walk away from both. Very helpful staff allowed us to have a shower on our last day after our check out, which was greatly appreciated after walking around in 28 degrees for hours due a late night flight.

The location was very nice, staff friendly. The room felt very damp. AC wasn’t effective.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They had exceptional service and hospitality. The breakfast was excellent. Would 100% come back to this place if we were to visit Torremolinos.

Rooms are old and in need of repair door to refrigerator fell off forty day , closet door would not slide open . So many garbage cans around the pool that stank that made sitting at the pool uncomfortable .

The staff at Hotel Zen are very friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily and the facilities (pub, restaurant, pool, hot tub, sauna and gym) were all fantastic. The hotel itself is lovely, well maintained and in a decent location. Having breakfast included was worth the extra money as it is €15 a day if you decide to pay while you’re there. The only reason I’ve given 4 and not 5 stars is due to the fact that at night and in the morning it can be quite noisy. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, so at night you hear people going back to their room and in the morning you hear the cleaners. However that was genuinely the only downside to the stay!

Great location, good proefessional stuff, yet the rooms are really noisy, we moved to the other room not facing any street just patio and it was ok. I do feel the value for money is not really there, it is overpriced, but if u dont care about money book the highest floor room and u will have a blast.
