Property was nice, AC barely worked and they would turn it off randomly. Showers are extremely small and staff was not very helpful

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Good location and friendly staff

Staff was very helpful and had great recommendations for meals. Buffet breakfast had something for everyone. Boutique hotel so you can expect the rooms to be a little small feeling. Beds are quite firm, pillows could be loftier.

Superbe hôtel, très propre, personnel attentionné, courtois. Déjeuner inclu sur la terrasse sur le toit, vue magnifique. Bien situé tout près des principales attractions.

The is a hotel with a high price tag just because you’re attached to a beach club. Getting to and from the hotel you need to take a shuttle, that runs every hour. You have to request to be put on the shuttle coming to and from the hotel. The road up and down is switchback so it’s a trek to get on and off the property. Rooms were run down with a coat of paint to make it look modern. The prices of food and drinks are also astronomical compared to every other restaurant in Sorrento that we visited. The one thing we can positively say is that the wait staff at the pool and the restaurant were very kind. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location and friendly staff

Excellent hotel with superb little kitchen area and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for our stay, and a great view was a plus.
