The hotel is more beautiful in pictures that in the reality. The building needs maintenance. The service is ok, but you can easy see that the people don not try to give more than what they have to do.

Absolutely amazing - the rooftop pool is heated and has an incredible view. The entire staff is excellent, the location is great, the rooms are wonderful and immaculate. 10/10 experience.

Clean room, specious, incredible view of Sugar Loaf and the Bay.
Roof Top Bar staff Ivan, Diego and Junior were an absolute delight!
Breakfast was delicious, splendid and plenty to choose from.
Vanessa was a gracious host and all the staff were friendly and attentive.
The view from the Roof Top was my favorite area with a spectacular view.
