Very pleased with this hotel and staff. The room was comfortable, with a balcony area and accessible to the upstairs outdoor area which gives stunning views of the pyramids.
The service we received was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. 100/10.

Entrance on ground floor of a large block with tiny poor lift to hotel on 5th floor.
Room and upstairs reception spotlessly clean, staff very pleasant, breakfasts simple but adequate.
Room very simple with little usable storage, no hanging space, no chairs. Beds very firm. Shower superb but water flows over all floor.
Room was adjacent to main road so very noisy.earplugs required. Location quite convenient to access old Cairo and old museum. Few decent places to eat close by..mainly fast food.
