Spain All inclusive Holidays

The room was clean although it was a little outdated. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good.

Everything was perfect except the check out. The staff seemed quitecrudecand affronted that we asked fir a late check out. We asked prior to our checkout as we have 2 children under 2 and were told to ask on the day. When I asked that morning, the staff (different from the rest of the week) seemed surprised that i would ask such a thing and were disinterested and told us flatly no, but we could get showered and changed up by the soa area. This would have been ok, but with 2 infants and our luggage packed and kept by reception this made it laborious and to be honest left a sour memory, which is a shame as the rest of the staff throughout the week were perfect. The only other thing was that we were put in a room downstairs, this again was difficult with a buggy and 2x infants.

Front of house staff are exceptional from the second you arrive at the property. Ocean view room just stunning and very clean. Several restaurants on site offering delicious options to suit everyone. Entertainment every night. The spa was so relaxing. I will be back for sure! Would recommend

The room floor was filthy. We had it reclined while we were out and though the stickiness had gone, one hour with white socks and they were black on the bottom. The nighttime bar music on an outside terrace was crap and destroyed the peaceful atmosphere. The food at the the buffet and the bar was very mediocre. We had the worst Quiche Lorraine ever. It was more like a bad cruise ship kitchen than a five star hotel. We had a cockroach visit our room on two of the mornings (not the same one!) This hotel is probably the highest one in Adeje. Great for view, a nightmare to walk down and back to the beach and shops. My legs still hurt.

Amazing staff, brilliant stay for the family

Overall it was a good stay. The rooms could be a bit more updated as there was a lot of dust and holes in the corners of the room. We had an issue with the bathroom but had the cleaner attend the next day. The pools outside the rooms are very convenient. The staff are helpful and on hand 24/7 to provide advice and guidance.

Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite,however for all it has going for it I’d recommend it for all but the most fussy of clients ! Overall great friendly hotel with excellent staff that actually care about their clients and their well being ,you can’t go wrong with this one ,absolutely spotless,thanks dream we shall return ! Lovely comfortable junior suite with beach view
