Room felt dated and not as clean as I would have expected. Breakfast was terrible! No choice and very little hot food options. We stayed here a few years ago and loved it but i think the standards have slipped.

The hotel was great. Close to Big Ben & Westminster. Our room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel staff was very accommodating.
