Neighbourhood a bit noisy at night time. Good location. Bathroom needs refurbishing.

All you need right at your fingertips: excellent food, friendly staff, fantastic staff pool with plenty of loungers, masseuse available for booking, gym, and spacious beautifully decorated rooms. Complementary Shuttle available to and from town. Can get crowded during busy times (dinner), however, the shuttle driver always made arrangements to get guests back to the hotel quickly.

Beyond expectations, food and facilities were truly worth 5 stars. And above all, they treat you like family. Cannot wait to return!

Raphella was so very polite and helpful when we showed up. She gave us some recommendations for dining and shopping. The site was clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely recommend this location when staying in Sorrento!!! Thanks!
