Lovely hotel with a relaxed vibe right over the road from the Hydro.

The rooms were great and the check-in and check out process was smooth

The Spa was way too busy. It was impossible to get access to the outdoor hot tubs as people got in early and never left them for the whole session. There were lots of guests, including us, who missed on that experience. I think some sort of fair use system must be put into place because I reckon this must happen all the time.

Excellent place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely room (junior suite), great location! Will stay here again.

Hotel location was ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was situated at the back and was totally quiet in spite of some celebrations in the main block. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed and the meals in the restaurant were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very good and the room spotless

The room wasn’t cleaned, someone’s hair was clogging the drain, there was hair and crumbs in my bed. The floors were also not mopped, only one of the towels left in my room were clean. Staff was nice.
